From September 8th to 9th, school’s youth league organizations and student clubs conducted recruitment activities at the Luojiang campus. A total of 24 youth league organizations, including the Student Union, Yiban Student Work Station, Integrated Media Center, Student Club Management Center, and the Second Classroom Guidance and Service Center, along with 64 student clubs, showcased their diverse offerings to attract the freshmen.

In the previous warming-up period, the school's Youth League Committee promoted the recruitment activities through new media platforms such as public accounts and Tik Tok, attracting a large number of interested young students. At the event, various youth league organizations and student clubs set up booths categorized by their areas of interest, making it easier for freshmen to understand the functions and characteristics of each group. Leaders of the student organizations were also at the booths to provide detailed introductions to the functions of their organizations, recruitment requirements, and to patiently answer various questions. To attract more newcomers, many student organizations even prepared performances and gifts, adding to the fun and participation of the event.

"I saw several enthusiastic senior students at the Second Classroom Guidance and Service Center booth, and they even gave away small gifts, so I was attracted to learn more about them. Joining such an organization can not only improve my abilities but also help me meet more like-minded friends," said Wang, a student from the Class of 2028, the College of Education, with a smile. Many new students warmly exchanged ideas with senior students at various booths, expressing their willingness to enrich their spare time, to contribute to campus cultural construction, and to join student organizations.

It is reported that more than 5,000 freshmen signed up for various youth league organizations and student clubs during this recruitment event. The event showcased the vitality and charm of campus culture to the freshmen from class of 2028, providing them with a broad platform to show themselves, to cultivate interests, and to develop abilities. Next, the school's Youth League Committee will continue to strengthen the ideological guidance and disciplinary management of various youth league organizations and student clubs, give full play to the value and advantages of student organizations, and better serve the development of young students.
